The goods are sent from us within 2-4 business days after confirmed order. The goods are sent by Postnord Logistics. Delivery time for UK is estimated 4-5 business days after from shipping date.

Medicines that come in return, or are not collected from agents, must be destroyed by law. We charge you for the cost of medicines in an uncollected or returned package.
Right of withdrawal and return of orphaned medicines
Medicines and hygiene items are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law and therefore cannot be returned. If a medicine is returned, it will be destroyed and charged. The same applies to medicines in uncollected packages that are automatically returned to us, as well as packages with incomplete address that are returned because of this. Submit your leftover medicines to us for safe destruction. The returned medicinal products are transported to approved incineration plants where they are burned at a high temperature so that the medicinal products are completely destroyed. You have the right to make a complaint in an ordered product within a reasonable time after you discover or remove the error. Once we have obtained the product we examine it and the Reklamerade error.
