Refund Policy

Withdrawal:
Naturally, we want you as a customer to be satisfied with the goods you buy from us. Should you regret your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving any reason within 14 days after you received the goods. Always contact our customer service before returning the product, remember to enter your customer number and invoice number. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping at the undone purchase. We will pay back within 30 days after you lifted the purchase and returned the product.

Complaint:
As a customer, you have the right to make a complaint within 14 days of receiving the product. We are obviously in charge of shipping costs in such returns. Against the displayed receipt.
